Window Extended to February 19

Due to the adverse weather conditions in many areas of the country, the SLD has just announced that the FY 2010 filing window close has been extended until Friday, February 19, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

All FCC Forms 471 electronically filed or postmarked by that date and time will be considered IN WINDOW. I know this comes as good news for many of you who still don't have power or who have board meetings that have been cancelled this week.

However, I beg you to not wait until next week to file unless you absolutely have to. Let's wrap this up.
