E-rate Assistance this Weekend and Next Week

The SLD has announced that the Client Service Bureau (CSB) will be open this weekend from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. to provide assistance to applicants. To reach CSB, call 888-203-8100. (Regular hours are from 8 - 8 during weekdays.)  Call volumes are significantly higher during the last few days of the filing window, so you will generally reach an agent more quickly if you call this weekend or weekdays before 11:00 a.m. or after 3:00 p.m. (Hint:  Hit '0' when you reach the automated attendant.)

In addition, I will be available this weekend to assist applicants with last minute questions. Please e-mail me at jtschell@comcast.net.
