Additional Workshops Scheduled for Year 3 E-rate Presentations

For E-rate applicants that were unable to attend one of the recent regional
Pennsylvania Year 3 E-rate workshops, we encourage you to attend, view, or
arrange one of the following in order to review the new forms and learn the
significant changes for year 3:
1) The SLD has arranged to broadcast one of their national workshops live
from Atlanta on Thursday, October 14.
2) The PA Office of Educational Technology will be presenting the Year 3
E-rate workshop at both the PA Federal Program Coordinators Conference on
October 18 in Altoona (visit http://www.aasdcat.com/fedprog/l2ltechconf.htm
for conference information) as well as the PASBO/PSBA ConnecTech Conference
on November 16 (visit http://www.psba.org/, click on 'Calendar of Events',
then on Nov. 16 for additional details).
3) Arrange a regional E-rate workshop with our Office using video
conferencing technology. If an IU or school district arranges a video
conferencing bridge for multiple sites, or arranges a video conference at
one site that has multiple schools and/or libraries in attendance, the
Office of Educational Technology will do a 2 hour presentation on the
changes for Year 3 and walk applicants through the new forms.
